How far in advance should I book a studio?

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks ahead for peak season. Last-minute slots are sometimes available; contact us directly for urgent requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14+ days before the date receive a full refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Rescheduling is always free within 30 days.

Do I need to provide proof of insurance?

Yes. All productions must supply a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming LightCabin Studios as additionally insured. Minimum $2 million general liability coverage is required.

What power and sound options are available?

Each studio includes 200A three-phase power and 3-phase isolated audio grounding. Silent HVAC and acoustic treatments maintain noise floors below NC-25.

When can I load in and out?

Loading dock hours are 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. 24-hour access is possible with advance notice and an additional fee.

Is there on-site parking and gear storage?

Secure parking is included with every booking. We provide locked equipment cages and climate-controlled gear storage free for the duration of your rental.

Can I bring my own crew and catering?

Absolutely. You may use your own crew and catering vendors. We maintain a list of preferred partners who already know our facility layout.

Are there overnight or multi-day rates?

Multi-day rentals receive 15–25% discounts. Overnight holds can be arranged at a flat nightly rate when consecutive daytime bookings exist.
